Linear vibrating screen machine is a vibration equipment that using vibration motor as its vibration source. Vibration exciting force enables the material on screen surface to the forward in a straight line parabolic way in order to screening. Linear vibrating screen is mainly used for small particles, fine powder screening. In order to get a better screening, five layers is the biggest layers.

Working Principle:
Two vibrating motors installed on the equipment work in simultaneously and reverse rotation. The screen box produces reciprocating linear motion under the vibration force generated by the motors. When the vertical force passed through the surface of the sieve, the materials on the surface will jump and forward to the exits. The material which is smaller than sieve mesh can go through it, so as to achieve classification purpose.

A: Material bulk density, mesh size,deck numbers & ideal capacity for proper type, granularity distribution is recommended. product material requirement (carbon steel Q235A, stainless steel SUS304 or SUS316,etc.) Voltage & Frequency(Hz) is also needed for a precise quotation.
