Screw conveyor is used in thousands of industrial applications every day for efficiently conveying a variety of bulk materials. A screw conveyor's main function is to transfer bulk materials from one process to another. Screw conveyors are very cost-effective and require minimal maintenance to operate.

The recommended location for the drive unit is on the discharge end of a screw conveyor which pulls the bulk material to the drive end. With this arrangement, each screw section is put in tension as the bulk material is conveyed toward the discharge of a screw conveyor, reducing wear and fatigue on the conveyor components.

Machine Feature

1. Using double electric motors : feeding motor & vibrating motor, separately controlled.
2. Product funnel is design to be adjustable vibrate, which lead to avoid product blocking and improve the adaptation of different products.
3. Product funnel can separate from the tube for easy assembly.
4. Special anti-dust design to protect bearing from dust.
5. In order to convenience machine cleaning, following functions are added in: auger can reverse for emptying the tube, product discharge gate is mounted in the bottom of the funnel, auger can be disassemble for washing.
