The circular vibrating sieve model DY is used for the separation, classification, control, dedusting and selection of powders with particle size up to 25 microns and liquids. Easy to install, it allows to obtain up to 5 different separations, has an extremely robust construction and is easy to disassemble.
Available in the following models: 16″ (Ø 400 mm) - 24″ (Ø 600 mm) - 30″ (Ø 800 m) - 36″ (Ø 900 mm) - 48″ (Ø 1200 mm) - 60″ (Ø 1500 mm) - 72″ (Ø 1800 mm) - 90″ (Ø 2200 mm).
The movement of the DY circular screen develops both horizontally and vertically and is adjustable in both directions. The vibration is caused by the counterweights placed on the flywheels at the upper and lower ends of the crankshaft. The unbalancing of the upper flywheel determines the horizontal vibration which allows the product to move from the center to the periphery of the net. The unbalancing of the lower flywheel acts by triggering vertical and tangential vibration. The different positioning of the counterweights on the flywheels allows you to change the vibration and find the best way to treat a product.
